Kettlebell Killer Workout

It may have taken me a while to come around, but if there is one bit of equipment I have come to find indispensable in my training, it’s kettlebells.  My good friend, Mark Oltman, sent me this workout one day and it has been a staple in my training since.  Give this a shot and you’ll know why I call it a killer.

 

Kettlebell Killer Workout

TURKISH GET-UP GOBLET SQUAT DEADLIFT POWER SWING X 1 round
1 + 1 2 5 2
1 + 1 3 3 3
1 + 1 5 2 5
*HEAVY KETTLEBELL SWINGS – 10 swings x 5 sets
1 ARM SWING CLEANS PRESSES SQUATS X 3 rounds
1 3 1 3
2 2 2 2
3 1 3 1
*HEAVY KETTLEBELL SWINGS – 10 swings x 5 sets

*Perform the Heavy Kettlebell swings after completion of round(s).
